Children’s Dance and Fitness

Jr. Spartans: is the children’s dance education program at Spartan Dance Center, providing children ages 2 to 17 with the foundations of dance. Using a play-oriented approach, classes in the Jr. Spartans program are dynamic, developmentally-appropriate and fun. Spartan Dance Company: is for serious young dancers who want to excel and take their dance abilities to a new level. Company members showcase their skills in regional competitions, national competitions, community events and at dance intensives with a team of excellent dancers. Spartan Fit Kids:  is fitness program for youth.  Kid’s crossbox and Teen Spartan 30 are sure to supplement your child’s athletic training or give them a jump start into the fitness world.  Each week your child will work to train their mind and body to gain self esteem while gaining physical strength! Adult Dance and Fit

Spartan  Fit: Whether you’re in it to win it, or just along to create a little tone, strength classes at Spartan Fit Center provide a variety of exercises to increase flexibility, endurance, balance and core strength. Learn more

 Spartan Boot Camp: is a group fitness and nutritional training program. This Boot Camp is designed to build strength and fitness through intense group intervals using the variety of our group classes.  You will be allowed unlimited access to all of our adult fitness classes for the duration of the program.  Teams of ten will be coached by our professional instructors to help motivate and inspire you.
