What is Competitive Dance?
Spartan Dance Company:
Spartan Dance Company is for passionate and dedicated young dancers who want to excel and bring their skills to the next level. Dancers looking for a place to thrive have the opportunity to audition and join one of our 4 competitive dance teams; Pre-Company, Full Company, Performance Team, and B-Boy Team. In addition to competitions, these dancers are able to develop their technique while enjoying conventions and classes, and get to perform in exciting community events such as the MSU Homecoming Parade and other local sporting events.
About Our Teams:
Spartan Dance competitive teams are a place for dancers to thrive in both technique and the bonds that they will create with other dancers who share their passion. The program includes multiple classes in different styles each week, all shared with their team members. Time spent honing technique, learning choreography, and performing together at competitions and conventions creates friendships and bonds that stand the test of time.
