How do I make payment for my fundraising money I collect?

  1. Pay by check

    • Check should be made out to SDC 

    • Check must be turned in to front desk by deadline

  2. Pay via Venmo

    • Venmo name: WHPH Investments

    • Please pay as a friend 

 

Where does my fundraising money get applied?

  1. Fundraising will be applied to the last regional comp fee and work its way back

  2. Once all comp fees are paid, fundraising may be applied towards costumes then tuition

Mum Fundraiser

  1. Coupon books can be checked out from SDC front desk

  2. Dancer is responsible for all books checked out 

Coupon Book Fundraiser

  1. Coupon books can be checked out from SDC front desk

  2. Dancer is responsible for all books checked out 

  3. Dancers may return unsold books by date provided

Wreath Fundraiser

  1. Wreaths are to be picked up from SDC from dancer

  2. Dancer is to deliver the wreaths to those who purchased from them

Popcorn Sale

  1. Popcorn bags are sold for $10 each.  Dancer will profit $5 for each bag sold!

  2. Money to be paid via check or Venmo by sale end date

  3. Popcorn will be delivered to the studio for pick up.

What to do?

  1. Keep track of your order (flavor and number) 

  2. Popcorn Form

  3. Email your final order to:  krpadg@gmail.com

  4. Be sure to add Dancers Name in the subject line

  5. Make payment to the studio via check or Venmo

Little Caesars Pizza Kits

  1. It’s pizza time! Starting today and for the next 4 weeks, we’re selling Pizza Kits to raise money for your dancer. It’s super easy to join the fun! The sale will end February 25, 2022. The best part is all transactions are done online and the kits are shipped directly to the customer!

  2. To get started follow this link HERE to create your very own Seller page. You can customize your page, upload a video, create an avatar, and watch how many pizza kits you’ve sold. You’ll get your own special link to send to your friends and family so they can buy delicious pizza kits and support our fundraiser. Pizza Kits will be delivered directly to their home by FedEx, so send the link to your out of state family and friends, too. You can even post your Seller link on your social media pages. FYI kits are sent as they are ordered and usually take 5-7 days to arrive.

  3. Every kit you sell earns $6 profit. Don’t forget to buy some for yourself!

 
 
 
 

Business sponsorships can be deducted as a tax write off for advertising expenses as your information will be on our recital programs. The deductible sponsorship costs are as follows:

 

  • $150.00 -  This level gets your company logo and website linked to our virtual program for our 3 night event. 

  • $200.00 -  This level gets your company logo printed on a 2.5’x4’ stage sign for our 3 night event & company logo and website linked to our virtual program for our 3 night event. 

  • $250.00 -  This level gets your company logo printed on a 2.5’x6’ stage sign for our 3 night event & company logo and website linked to our virtual program for our 3 night event. 

  • $400.00 -  This level gets your company logo printed on a 4’x8’ stage sign for our 3 night event & company logo and website linked to our virtual program for our 3 night event.  

How does my business donate?

1.  Fill out the sponsorship form below.

2.  Click on the "I want to help" button to make your donation OR submit a check made payable to SDC (mail to: 6075 North Hagadorn, East Lansing, MI 48823)

3.  The rest is up to us!  We will print your banner and place on our stage!
