SDC Fund

Team fundraising is a goal for each year to cover costs associated with our competitive team.

 

The cost is re-evaluated each year based on the precious year and the projected years needs.

​

Each dancer has the opportunity to:

  • Pay a 1 time fee at the beginning of the season to cover their dancers cost.

  • Commit to play an active role in at least 3 team fundraisers throughout the season.

Individual Fundraisers

Individual fundraising is completely optional!

 

Dancers make take part in as many or as few fundraisers as the would like.

August 2, 2023: 
Cedar Point Trip
Details: Team Fundraiser

Cost:  $120 per person (includes park ticket & round trip transportation via bus
Time:  Leave SDC around 7am.  Leave Cedar Point at 9:30pm
Who can come:  All dancers & families are welcome!!  Dancers under 15 must have an adult chaperone.

Deadline:  June 20 - Final numbers must be received and payment made.

August 2-23, 2023: 
Mum Sale
Details: Individual Fundraiser

When:  8/2 - 8/23
What is involved:  Sell mums to family & friends!  Collect & turn in money, deliver the mums.

Due Date:  8/23
Pick up Date:  9/6
Sept 25 - Oct 15, 2023: 
Cravings, Leslie's Cheesecakes, Blue Owl Coffee
Details:  Individual Fundraiser

When:  9/25 - 10/15

What is involved:  Dancers will place orders and deliver products

October 20, 2023: 
Dance-a-thon
Details:  Full Company Individual Fundraiser / Team bonding

Time:  6 - 11pm

What is involved:  Dancers collect individual sponsorships to take part in 5 fun hours of dance
What to expect:  Dancers arrive at 6pm.  Halloween video will be made this night!

Oct 12 - Oct 30,  2023: 
Wreath Sale
Details:  Individual Fundraiser 

Dates:  10/12 - 10/30
Wreath Pick Up Date:  November 19 (Time TBD)
What is involved:  Dancers collect individual sales of wreaths.  DETAILS WILL BE SENT SOON
What to expect:  Dancers will sell wreathes, collect funds, turn in funds and deliver wreathes for their individual sales. 
Oct 30 - Nov 12,  2023: 
Grand Traverse Pie Company 
Details:  Individual Fundraiser 

Time:  TBD on delivery date

What is involved:  Dancers will sell gift certificates, collect money and distribute gift cards.
Nov 20 - Dec 20,  2023: 
Sock Fundraiser
Details: Individual Fundraiser

What is involved:  Dancers can encourage friends & family to purchase socks.

Jan 15 - Feb 15,  2024: 
Little Caesars Pizza Kits
Details: Individual Fundraiser

What is involved:  Dancers can sell pizza kits to friends & family.  
Deliver:  Pizza kits are delivered directly to the purchasers home.
