Every SDC dancer is an instrumental part of the team and their importance to the group is individual, unique and imperative to all of the other team members. As a team we have a clear vision and goals that we work together to achieve. Being an SDC dancer allows the opportunity to be part of a team that not only builds dancers as individuals, but gives us friendships, bonds and support that will last a lifetime. Being a company member teaches what it means to be a part of something bigger than just ourselves. Our team has a vision that inspires all to work together towards the same attainable goals.
We will be competitive on stage but equally collaborative while in the studio. We hold our team standards of excellence and high goals close to our hearts.
We work to perfect the little things, which sets us up for great success at big things. Our respect for the team and belief in each other creates a spirited bond and unity that makes being a part of SDC so much more than dance.
